3. The answer is D which is 0. 95 since she missed 5 points out of 100. 0.95 is the same as 95%..

4. 602,163 < 620,163 the answer is B. 620,163 is bigger than 602,163 first just look at the ones place, the numbers are the same. Then just do the same thing until you have found a different number.

5.  The answer is B. 30,300,200 because 3 x 100,000,00 would put the 3 right where the 1 is, what I mean is instead of the 1 being in 100,000,00 the 3 would be there. Its the same with 3 x 100,00 and 2 x 100. See, 2 x 100 would equal 200 so you just out the 2 in the hundredths place.

6. The answer is 800,000 because 755,082 rounded to the nearest ten thousands is 800,000. See if you have 55 and you were to found it you would round it to 60 because if you have a number that is 5 or greater you would round up, so in this cause a 5 is in the ten thousandths place so you round up...
