Cybercrime is a crime that involves the use of computer and networks.

Deinstitutionalization is were long-stay psychiatric medical institutions are replaced by community mental health care services especially for patients that have developmental disabilities.

Explanation

Cybercrime is a modern problem is that it is fast growing type of crime that utilizes the speed and convenience of the internet to conduct crimes unknown. The crimes include threats to victims, blackmailing and committing frauds. The hackers are enjoying this type of crime because the modern world is embracing technology in its operation thus this type of crime field keeps on growing big day by day as more internet users increase.

HELP ASAP PLEASE!!!!
GrogVix [38]
"she" would be the pronoun.
You can rewrite this question as "She is your best friend?"
So in that case, "she" would be the subject.

In English, you just switch around "is" and the subject to make a question and make it sound Englishy
PS in Italian (and probably other languages) you would just say "She is your best friend?"
