I don't got a good answer for this, sorry mate. But I do know that groups such as Warner Brothers and Disney helped by making cartoons and art to remind people to ration their food. Reminding them about war bond purchases, scrap drives, and victory gardens.

The wording on the assignment is very weird and they ask for a lot of stuff, considering that it's a simple assignment.
