There are many reasons why Emperor Louis XVI sentenced to death.  One is because of the corruption, he found an empty treasury, long years of war there is a burden on the financial resources of France. Also because of misgovernment, he forces to increase the taxes in France. The French society in the 18th century has been divided into three estates thus the one who only paid taxes is the members the third estates <span>. </span>
