the biggest issues were political and economic and  Germany resentment over the harsh terms imposed by the Versailles treaty this would lead germany to be lead by Adolf Hitler and start world war2

The purpose of this was to placate the poorer English colonists by making them aware that they were higher on the social ladder than enslaved people because they as English people, were of a superior race.
