Answer is : D

Why? Because Brown v. Board of Education was a trial that argued against segregation (black and white) schools. It was unfair that black kids couldn’t learn in the same environment with white kids in achieving schools.

Answer:

The correct answer is D. The statement that aligns with the Supreme Court's ruling in Brown v. Board of Education is the one that says that separate treatment based on race is inherently unequal.

Explanation:

Brown v. Board of Education is the collective name for five judicial cases against segregation in public schools from 1952 to 1954 before the United States Supreme Court. The class action lawsuits brought by affected parents against four states and the federal district were of the opinion that separate student facilities, broken down by skin color, violated the principle of equality in the Constitution. The Supreme Court unanimously endorsed this argument with its ruling of May 17, 1954, thereby overturning the jurisprudence that had been in effect for almost a hundred years. The decision marked the end of legally sanctioned segregation in state schools in the United States.

What were the objectives of the chief participants at the paris peace conference of 1919, and how closely did the final settleme
borishaifa [10]
The Paris Peace Conference was a meeting between the Allied Powers on how to handle the end of World War I. In this meeting, the three most influential voices were France, Great Britain, and the United States. All three different countries had unique ideas on what should happen to Germany after World War I.

The United States did not want to financially punish Germany.

The British did want to punish Germany financially. However, they wanted them strong enough to still be able to trade.

France however, wanted Germany to pay for all the damage caused during World War I. France was one of the countries that suffered the most damage from this war, hence why they were so insistent on Germany paying the price for the war.

In the end, Germany is forced to pay over $100 billion in damages for World War I and were forced to take responsibility for starting the war. This plan most accurately reflected France's idea on how to punish the Germans.

PLEASE HELP!!!! This my least question <br> how did the Chinese civil war contain communism?
suter [353]

Answer:

During the Second Sino-Japanese War (1937–45), China was effectively divided into three regions—Nationalist China under control of the government, Communist China, and the areas occupied by Japan. Each was essentially pitted against the other two, although Chinese military forces were ostensibly allied under the banner of the United Front. By the time Japan accepted the surrender terms of the Potsdam Declaration on August 14, 1945, China had endured decades of Japanese occupation and eight years of brutal warfare. Millions had perished in combat, and many millions more had died as a result of starvation or disease. The end of World War II did not mark the end of conflict in China, however.

hope this helps
