Choose a conflict faced by the protagonist in the novel you read in unit 2. In three to five sentences, describe the conflict an
KIM [24]

Answer and Explanation:

In "The boy in the striped pajamas" we are introduced to Bruno, a German boy who has to move from Berlin to live near the concentration camp at Auschwitz, where Bruno's father will take up a post. Although many people focus on the conflict faced by the Jews, in this book, one of the main conflicts addressed in the plot that is often overlooked is the internal conflict that Bruno experiences. That's because although he must accompany his father, Bruno is very unhappy with the new place where he lives. This unhappiness gradually changes as the friendship between Bruno and Shmeul is established. In this case, the conflict makes Bruno feel a certain affection and feel at ease in this place that he felt competently out of place.

ankoles [38]

Answer:

write them down

Explanation:

First the writing down of important events in your life gives you the change to analyse them if necessary, use them for looking back when you´re older (and supposedly wiser) to discover certain things about yourself, and keep a reliable record of your actions that in any other case get lost in the mist of our memory. As Eric Hobsbawm once stated: ¨The incredible shortness of memory.¨

Which of the following defines bias?
Vesna [10]

Answer:

C. The attitudes or beliefs that prevent a writer from giving a subject objective consideration

Explanation:

The noun "bias" refers to the attitudes, beliefs or views that show an inclination for or against one person or idea and that prevents us, and writers, from giving a subject objective consideration. Some synonyms of bias are partiality, prejudice, and preference; therefore, the opposite of bias is a statement that is objective, impartial or that can be proved to be true
