The main way in which technological advances in transportation have made migration easier is that they have made it faster and safer, such as the steam engine making train travel possible.

There are three main reasons why technological advances in transportation made migration easier. First, technology made transportation safer. For example, flying from Europe to America is now a lot safer than travelling by boat was in the past. Boats had to deal with many weather problems, as well as disease and lack of supplies. The second reason is that it has made travel cheaper. In the past, travelling to a different country was impossible for many people due to the cost. While travel is not always cheap now, it has become more accessible. Finally, technology has made travel faster.

Fascist politicians become popular in Europe after World War I because of the increasing loss of self esteem and devastation of the world war.

Explanation:

The people of European countries were reeling from the massive shock of disasters in the first world war and felt a need for a strong and charismatic leader who can draw them out of their troubles and then make their country a better place.

The distressed population fell for many authoritarian leaders due to this reason as it was seen that the leaders will be able to bring the country out of the horrors that the world war had brought on them.

Of the following people, who would NOT be counted in the labor force?
tino4ka555 [31]

Answer:

C. Danny, who works one hour a week at his parents´ salon.

Explanation:

The labor force is described as the number of people who is actually under a labor relationship or those who are unemployed but are on the active look for a job.

The last group is where Ryan entered because he is unemployed but is looking for Jobs. On the other hand, Danny is currently working but only an hour a week and at his parents´ salon, probably he does not receive a salary and has not signed a contract to work there. That is the reason why he wouldn´t be counted in the labor force.

I hope this answer helps you.
