C) It is vital that we keep this from happening by making students learn to serve others now while they are still young and impressionable. D) In short, there are no real downfalls to requiring service hours as a graduation requirement.

The answer is not B at all because i just did it and it was wrong, the correct answer is C because that's the only answer that isn't a flaw.

This is not a flaw in logic, because the number of service hours actually does improve the student's GPA, so it's just a fact. </span>
