Narmer (or manes) was the first pharaoh of the first dynasty. The Egyptian was mainly religion based and started in 3000 b.c with them painting and creating sculptures in the pharaohs tombs. a constant theme is shown in the Egyptians art. it's colorful, religious, monumental, and mathematical, many people are still inspired by these mythological patterns and beliefs that they hold and are so passionate about. take the sphynx for instance.
