Explanation:

There are different careers which require different type of degrees or certifications, or skills or expertise or competence. Some job careers require formal college degree while others require just technical certifications. For example An engineering job must require a person with an engineering degree/college degree. Similarly, a doctor requires MMBS degree, a dentist require BDS degree, a software engineer require college degree, etc. On the contrary, the people working in the mines, people working on a workshop, people working in the manufacturing or packaging department, people working in the distribution department, only require a certification to perform the job. So skilled areas may only require the certification or the trained people to perform the job.
