It's technically an asset. But it can actually be both. You're liable and responsible for your car paid off or not.

A florist has 96 white roses, 72 red roses, and 108 pink roses. If all the roses are used, what is the greatest number possible
natali 33 [55]
<h3>The greatest number possible of  identical bouquets that can be made is 12</h3>

<em><u>Solution:</u></em>

Given that,

A florist has 96 white roses, 72 red roses, and 108 pink roses

All the roses are used, we have to find the greatest number possible of  identical bouquets that can be made

Therefore, we have to find the greatest common factor (GCF) of 96, 72 and 108

<u>GCF of 96, 72 and 108</u>

The factors of 72 are: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 12, 18, 24, 36, 72

The factors of 96 are: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 16, 24, 32, 48, 96

The factors of 108 are: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 12, 18, 27, 36, 54, 108

Then the greatest common factor is 12

Thus, greatest number possible of  identical bouquets that can be made is 12

Use elimination to solve: NN+ND=50<br> 5NN+10ND=450
Tomtit [17]
5NN+10ND=450\\5(NN+2ND)=450 \\ NN+2ND=90 \\ \\ \boxed{NN=90-2ND} \\ \\  NN+ND=50 =>\boxed{NN=50-ND} \\ \\ \\ 90-2ND=50-ND \\ -2ND+ND=50-90 \\ -ND=-40 \\ \\ \boxed{ND=40} \\ \\ NN=50-ND \\ NN=50-40 \\ \\ \boxed{NN=10}

Diane has $1.85 in dimes and nickels. she has a total of 23 coins. how many of each kind does she have? how many nickles? how ma
amm1812
The two equations for the set up are:
x+y=23 where x is the number of dimes and y is the number of nickles
10x+5y=185
Now you solve by elimination and substitution.
Multiply your first equation by -5 and add the two equations together
-5x-5y=-115
+10x+5y=185
-------------------
5x=70
x=14

Substitute that into your original equation:
14+y=23
y=9

So you have 14 dimes and 9 nickles.

Hope this helps
