In WWII all races were allowed to enter the war. This helped certain people see that race really says nothing about a person.

Well it helped clear the wool off peoples eyes showing that no race is inferior to the other. Also helped give certain people rights they had been fighting for long time. Also world war 2 helped promote equal rights as the Russian satellite states started rebelling against the rule of Russians in their territory. So a lot more Us styled governments popped up in Europe.<span />

This they did in newer economies that had recently been decolonized or became countries anew.  This was to take advantage of early capitalist economies and to have their influence laid over these developing economies.
