Answer: Prearrival

Explanation:

Prearrival stage of socialization is the level of employee socialization in which any organizational member learns about the company before joining it. It is kind of orientation process that takes place prior entering organization.

Other options are incorrect because post-encounter stages, metamorphosis stage ,pre-encounter level and post-arrival stage are not the stage of socialization level which is experienced during selection process. Thus, the correct option is prearrival stage of socialization

Although the while loop can be complicated to write correctly, it is possible to simplify its structure and thus improve its rea
Dima020 [189]

Answer:

True

Explanation:

According to the theorist, Kenneth A. Lambert, if the first input is provided inside the loop rather than outside the loop then the structure of the while loop can be simplified. This means that if the first input is true than the loop is run and if the first input is false then the loop is broken or the program moves to the next stage outside of the loop. Hence, the given statement is true.

The ________ heuristic is based on one's estimation of the frequency or likelihood of an event based on how easy it is to recall
tankabanditka [31]
Availability Heuristic

A heuristic is a mental shortcut that we often use to make judgments and decisions. Availability heuristic is based on the principle that the first things come to our mind when evaluating certain topics, events, and methods, must be the based on the more common occurrences, or must be more important than other available alternatives which do not easily come to mind.

The problem with this type of mental shortcut, however, is that it can easily be influenced or biased towards vivid, dramatic events, or recent news and information, especially those sensationalized by the media.

For example, people might take more precaution against murder and car accidents compared to illnesses such as diabetes and stomach cancer, as the two former are more sensationalized or are often reported in the news than the latter two. However, statistics show that in America, these illness actually take twice as much lives than murder and car accidents (source: http://study.com/academy/lesson/availability-heuristic-examples-definition-quiz.html).
