<u>Theodore Roosevelt</u>, who was the U.S. president from 1901 to 1909,<u> always ruled the country with the great aspiration of creating a more equal and fair society</u>. He believed that equality could only be achieved if the government offered the same economic possibilities to all citizens. The only similarity between the two caliphates is that they both were ruling in accordance with Islamic Law.
