The correct answer is - Dublin is warmed by ocean currents.

Dublin is warmed by ocean currents, more specifically the Golf Ocean Current which is a warm and wet ocean current, so it makes the climate in Ireland, and also Britain, and Norway much warmer than it is supposed to be according to their respective latitudes. On the other hand, San Francisco is influenced by cold sea currents that come both from the north and the south and make it's temperature lower than what is expected at this latitude.

landslides into bays and lakes can generate huge tsunami of local extent. what is it about bays and lakes that allows the tsunam
asambeis [7]

Landslides into bays and lakes can generate huge tsunami of local extent. The tsunamis associated with bays and lakes are so large because of their constricted topography.

Bay is a water body which is partially surrounded by land and is usually smaller and less enclosed than a gulf. However, the mouth of the bay is wider than gulf. The wave height increases as it comes near the shore, and it depends almost entirely upon the submarine topography offshore. Steeper shorelines tend to produce higher tsunami waves. Tsunamis can also occur in lacustrine environments. In lakes, the huge tsunamis are mainly generated because of the drastic mass-movement processes which displaces large volumes of water and triggered by seismic or aseismic phenomenon.

Vinvika [58]
China has become a world leader in production of farm products including rice, wheat, potatoes, sorghum, peanuts, tea millet, barley, cotton, oilseed and soybeans. Initially going back eons, first the use of cast iron tools and beasts of burden were introduced in agriculture. Now, while communes have beendisbanded, and individual farming has been restored, there are quotas for the individual farmers and also some state farms. In modern times, mechanization has been promoted and state sponsored projects like the Three Gorges Dam has provided significant irrigation.
