The Nat Turner´s Rebellion was a slave rebellion that took place in Southampton county – Virginia in August 1831 and was led by Nat Turner where rebels killed about 65 people most of them white.

Turner prepared the rebellion due to some visions which he interpreted as messages from God to finish with slavery.
