Management must be carried out in an objective, clear, logical and effective and efficient manner, which makes management more easily seen as a science than as an art.

This is because, contrary to science, art is not intended to be exact and objective, but to be a technique capable of expressing and transmitting feelings through aesthetic manifestations that stimulate an observer's senses.

With that, we can conclude that management does not fit the concept of art, but can be related to a science through its form of development.
