It is A

Lawrence's suit- even though it is very, very silly- would be heard in a civil court. These types of courts hear disputes between two parties, unlike criminal courts that hear cases involving people violating the law. This case, by the way, is based on an actual event. The person did not "win" their argument, either.

Andrew Paralegal works for Madeline Attorney, a very busy woman. Sometimes when Andrew needs to have his work supervised, Madeli
olya-2409 [2.1K]

Answer:

Andrew is probably guilty of the upper payment limit because his work is not being supervised.

Explanation:

 • Though Andrew is self-sufficient and seems to be good at his work, the fact that his work is not supervised has been giving him this feeling of guilt that maybe he is not eligible for the upper payment limit as he himself revises his own work and terms it to be correct.
 • He probably believes that the upper payment limit that he is getting the payment at would be legitimate if his work is supervised and found to be correct by the one he is working for.

Both multiparty systems and two-party systems are designed to be responsive to the people. That is, they are designed to promote
AURORKA [14]
It is difficult to determine which systems or any system at all would be most efective in the electorial process. The effects of the activities of parties are surrounded by an even higher level of uncertainy than those of other organizations. The only test effectiveness is whether or not a party wins office. It really has no effect on which party wins as long as there is another viable competitor the process is moot.Because it can always go either way the opponent only wins because of their decisions if they were to make different ones the outcome would be different.

Tanzania [10]

Answer: Out group Favoritism

Explanation: Generally, it is normal for people to tend to categorize themselves and other people into sets. when individuals categorize other people as being part of their group , such individuals consider themselves as grouping of others , and other people not in their circle as out group. this tends to make such individual see the other group much more than their group and to sometimes negatively classify the out group which he or she does not belong to as opposed to the in group they belong to.

Out group favoritism explains that under certain conditions, people will prefer and have affinity for one's out-group over the in-group, which can be seen in one's expression in the evaluation of the outgroup and in terms of allocation of resources.

Here, eight-year-old Jennifer, an African American, who describes the white, wealthier girls in her school as "pretty," "smart," and "nice," whereas she describes the black, poorer girls as "bossy," "average," and "chubby." is expressing Out group favoritism

Why does elie wiesel believe indifference is the most dangerous emotion?
Furkat [3]
ElieWiesel, being just a teenager, witnessed the murder of his family in the Auschwitz concentration camp, where Elie himself was a prisoner. During his stay in the concentration camps, he came to feel that being abandoned by God was worse than being punished by him. It was better an unjust God than an indifferent one, hence the expression that indifference, is the emotion more harmful and more dangerous than anger or hatred. Indifference is not the beginning; is the end. And therefore, indifference is always the friend of the enemy because he benefits from the aggressor, never from his victim, whose pain is magnified when he or she feels forgotten.
