Exercise, healthy eating habits, meditation and a good sleeping schedule will all help with depression
(1: Get motivated for the day jump start your day with exercise or a walk something you like.
(2:Have regular breaks make sure you are always calm and relaxed before you tend to your work again.
(3:Once ready at the task at hand stay focused and concentrated on what you are doing and aim for something to achieve by the end of work. Xx :)
