So, this makes 130/90 a normal blood pressure for you. However, if your normal blood pressure is 120/80 then you suddenly get 130/90, then it means this is abnormal for you. <u>Normal blood pressure is 120/80 and less than 140/90.</u> Thus, we can consider 130/90 as a healthy blood pressure. Those blood pressure lower than this may also be acceptable. Remember that when you are getting older, your blood pressure is increasing because the arteries in your body is changing regarding its structures.
