GCF: Greater common factor

44+40=84
GCF of 44 is divided by 1,2,4,11,22,44
GCF of 40 is divided by 1,2,4,5,8,10,20,40
Circle the same number of both side you'll get 1,2,4 the greatest number is (4 ) they want the greatest number of both side you circle.
4/44=1
4/40=20
44+40=(4×1)+(4×20)=84

Hope this helps you.

GCF, namely their common factor.

\bf 44+40\implies \stackrel{\textit{GCF of 4}}{4(11+10)}~\hspace{7em}13+52\implies \stackrel{\textit{GCF of 13}}{13(1+4)} \\\\\\ 15+81\implies \stackrel{\textit{GCF of 3}}{3(5+27)}~\hspace{7.5em}64+28\implies \stackrel{\textit{GCF of 4}}{4(16+7)}

Write the standard equation for the circle whose center is at (6,2) and whose radius is 2.
Grace [21]

Answer:

(x - 6)^2 + (y - 2)^2 = 2^2.

Step-by-step explanation:

In general, let (a,\, b) denote the center of a given circle. Let r denote the radius of that circle. The standard equation for that circle would be:

(x - a)^2 + (y - b)^2 = r^2.

The circle in this question is centered at (6,\, 2).

  • 6 is the x-coordinate of the center of this circle. a = 6.
  • 2 is the y-coordinate of the center of this circle. b = 2.

The radius of this circle is 2. Therefore, r = 2.

Hence, the standard equation for this circle would be:

(x - 6)^2 + (y - 2)^2 = 2^2.
