Answer:

If one amoeba dies then two amoeba get born:

at different stages of the generations of the amoeba it changes accordingly and the died amoeba numbers are also change in the given manner :

          stages    dies                          born

          I               1                                2

          II              2^{1}           4 = 2^{2}

          III              2^{2}          8 = 2^{3}

At  n^{th} =  2^{n}    2^{n+1}

By the geometric series formula:

 1+a^{1}+ a^{2}+ a^{3}...+ a^{n}=\frac{a^{n+1} }{a^-1} }

so,  1+2^{1}+ 2^{2}+ 2^{3}...+ 2^{n}=\frac{2^{n+1} }{2^-1} }

Thus, total amoeba died = 2^{n+1}-1

        total amoeba died+1 = 2^{n+1} (born).... hence prooved

Answer

            The organism should be name as bacteria.

Explanation

                   Peptidoglycans is the characteristics features of bacterial cell its absent in cell wall of archaea, fungi and plant cell.  Bacteria can also make amino acids. There are some bacteria who can prepare their own food in the presence of sunlight, i.e purple phototrophic bacteria, green sulphur bacteria, green filamentous bacteria etc. these bacteria contain photosythertic pigments called bacteriochlorophyll.

Which statement about the starch debranching enzyme is correct?
Roman55 [17]

Answer:

B) If two non functional copies are inherited, the pea will be wrinkeld.

Explanation:

The gene for starch debranching is one of the genes that regulate more than one genetic trait. The starch debranching gene also regulates the seed shape in peas. The gene has two alleles. The allele B is completely dominant over allele "b" with respect to seed shape. Both homozygous and heterozygous dominant genotypes (BB and Bb) produce smooth seeds while homozygous recessive genotype (bb) imparts wrinkled shape to the seeds.
