it can not be anyone who is a push over for example we do not need a soft judge letting everyone off with warnings but instead with severe punishment for repeated offenders and the proper punishment for every crime

it is also important on who sits on the SC because they also do not need felons and other crime committers to walk away freely or just like some people and not like others making court cases pretty hard to judge fairly if you show bias
