What is one solution for the problem of overfishing in japan and other countries?

One solution would be to limit the amount caught every year. Another is to stop subsidizing the industry. There are large businesses who get billions a year to overfish.

States create their own laws, states have their own constitution, land and county governments. The state law stands unless a federal law overwrites it. States have their own transportation departments (make the roads, plan the roads, repair the roads).

Compressional or P (for primary) , Transverse or S (for secondary) , Love, and Rayleigh. Primary waves push and pull the ground in the direction the wave is traveling. Secondary waves travel in the same direction, but they shake the ground back and forth perpendicular to the direction the wave is traveling. Love waves move back and forth horizontally. Rayleigh waves cause both vertical and horizontal ground motion.
