What’s the difference between physical activity, fitness, health, and wellness?

the difference has to do with physical activity, these people are usually younger & make a conscious effort to work out in addition to day to day adl's.

health &wellness has more 2 do with older people as in eating healthier, going to the dr. when necessary and making an effort to go 4 walks, or bike rides. it's about feeling better.

(emotionally) dependent on substances, the individual is emotionally attached to the substance, for example drugs, alcohol.

Feeling restless when you’re not using the substance

Being mentally obsessed with getting more of the drug
