The answers are " Pages from a printer come out blank", "The monitor goes blank or turns black", "The keyboard keys get stuck or fall off" and "The pointer for the mouse moves freely"

These are the only alternatives that present hardware problems, because hardware is the physical part of a computer, it is formed by electronic components such as wiring and light circuits, plates, utensils, chains, and any other material in state necessary to do with what computer works.

The other alternatives present a software problem, not a hardware problem.

If this were a question on my test, I'd probably go for tolerant or sentimental. I'd probably go for sentimental, because if the sentence had a more tolerant tone, it would say something like "My car isn't the greatest, but I can live with it".
