I think that you have wrong u-substitution ( partial integration ):\int {u} \, dv= uv- \int {v} \, du
u=x,           dv=cos 5x dx
du=dx,       v=1/5 * sin 5x
Integral becomes:= \frac{xsin 5x}{5}- \int { \frac{1}{5} sin 5x} \, dx= \\ = \frac{xsin5x}{5}- \frac{1}{5}    (- \frac{1}{5}cos5x)= \frac{x sin5x}{5}+ \frac{cos5x}{25} +C
Is it OK now?

Hello,

\int{x*cos(5x)} \, dx=x*\frac{sin(5x)}{5}- \frac{1}{5}*\int{sin 5x} \, dx\\=\frac{x*sin(5x)}{5}+\frac{cos(5x)}{25}+c

You can buy a 6 rolls of toilet paper for $6.97 or 12 pack for $9.24. which is better to buy
andriy [413]
If you divide $6.97 by 6 (to find how much each roll is) you would get about $1.16 per roll and if you divide $9.24 by 12 you would see that each roll is $0.77 each. this tells you that the 12 pack of toilet paper is the better deal because each roll is cheaper.
