Allied forces and the (UNRRA) United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration. Its an organization created in anticipation of a great refugee crisis when WW2 ended, cared for them by improvising shelter throughout camps in central Europe known as Displaced Persons' (DP) camps.
