If you need to perform hand hygiene and do not have access to running water, using your personal anti-bacterial lotion is suffic
AlladinOne [14]

Answer:

True.

Explanation:

The anti-bacterial lotions have the same qualities as we have in our handwash. These lotions are generally used after washing hands with soap or handwash to protect our hands from preventing infections. Though using lotion do not remove dirt and impurities properly from our hands they can best kill the germs of our hands. Moreover, if one does not have running water to wash hands s/he can use an anti-bacterial lotion which is very effective in preventing possible infections.

Which of the following is an advantage of the lactic acid system?
bearhunter [10]

Answer: You should list the answer choices, however if you cannot, I will list all of the advantages of the lactic acid system:

  • Provides more sustained high-intensity energy for between 10 and 180 seconds.
  • Can work both anaerobically (without oxygen) and aerobically (with oxygen).
  • There is a huge amount of glycogen stored in the muscles and liver which can be made available for energy.
  • Fewer reactions than the aerobic energy system are needed to produce energy so it is faster (but not as fast as the PC system).
  • It is more efficient than the ATP-PC system as the lactic acid system resynthesises two molecules of ATP as opposed to just one that the ATP-PC manages.
