The given statement is true.

To assure that the delivered food items are free from contamination it should be inspected and stored away immediately. As soon as the food is prepared it should be packed so as to keep it fresh and free from contamination. If the food is kept open for sometime then it is contaminated and the shelf life of food is decreased.

The statement above is TRUE. Inspecting food deliveries and storing them away immediately is part of the receiving process, which must be dully observed at all time in order to prevent food contamination, which can have a lot of undesirable serious effects on the consumers.

What would most likely happen to the carbon cycle if there were no more plants on Earth?
Artyom0805 [142]
Plants use carbon to live, just like humans use oxygen.  It's a virtuous cycle sine humans breathe oxygen and expel carbon, and plants "breathe" carbon and expel oxygen.

If plants weren't there to "breathe" the carbon, it would just sit in the world, and build up in the atmosphere.
