Shirin Ebadi's points of view were that she wanted Iranian people to stop enrichment, the government didn't listen. Shirin Ebadi in various occasions has expressed her worry about the growing human rights violations in her homeland. Ebadi stated her belief that the Islamic Republic has reached a point of which it is now unreformable.

Explanation:

She was not a member of the government so she could not speak directly.
