Answer:

27; C; B; D

Step-by-step explanation:

1. B = 120 degrees, and C = 60 degrees. Q = 90 degrees, because B + C = 180 degrees, and the triangle BQC has angle B and angle C bisected. If B = 120 degrees, then the height is equal to 9 sqrt 3, which makes BC equal to 27.

2.C

3. B (You don't actually know if any of the sides are parallel.)

4. D

Help me pls..........
CaHeK987 [17]

Answer:

x = 72 , y = 108

Step-by-step explanation:

2x and \frac{x}{2} are adjacent angles on a straight line and sum to 180° , that is

2x + \frac{x}{2} = 180 ( multiply through by 2 to clear the fraction )

4x + x = 360

5x = 360 ( divide both sides by 5 )

x = 72

--------------------------

\frac{x}{2} = \frac{72}{2} = 36

\frac{x}{2} and \frac{y}{3} are vertically opposite and are congruent , then

\frac{y}{3} = 36 ( multiply both sides by 3 )

y = 108

Dahasolnce [82]

<u>Answer:</u>

Both trucks are 150 miles after 1.516 hours

<u>Solution:</u>

Given, Two trucks leave a factory at the same time.

one travels east 60 miles per hour, and the other travels west at the 39 miles per hour.

We have to find In how many hours will they be 150 miles apart?

Let the time after which they will be 150 miles apart be t.

Now, we know that, <em>distance = speed x time. </em>

For 1st truck ⇒ distance from factory = 60 x t

For 2nd truck ⇒ distance from factory = 39 x t

Here, t is same for both trucks as time is seen from common point of view.

Now, according to the given information,

distance of 1st truck from factory + distance of 2nd truck from factory = 150 miles.

60t + 39t = 150

99t = 150

t = 1.516 approximately.

Hence, both trucks are 150 miles after 1.516 hours.
