Mercy Otis Warren is an anti-federalist. Therefore Warren is opposing the ratification of a new constitution. On the other hand, James Wilson supported the new constitution. He said that if there are errors, it should be remembered. He thinks that this is the best form of government that could be offered. Thank you for posting your question. The reason why societies need government is because of structure and how people view it. government and ways to run it needs strategic and precise people. athens, for example, one of the first recorded democracy governments. Greece thrived as long as it did because the citizens of that society appreciated and followed the laws that allowed the people to run it and not england, and other monarchy governments, they liked that freedom and showed that pride to protect it in wars and other things.
