For 9, I am almost certain that the answer is C. This is the only answer that has pretty much no relation to the topic of natural selection. For 10, I am almost certain that the answer is C as well. For natural selection to occur, there must be a variation in traits, such as a variation in the lengths of necks. Hope this helped!
