The relationship between vulnerability, threat, and risk is the following.

Vulnerable means that you are susceptible to be harmed, that you are sensitive, and could be hurt by other people's comments or actions. Threat means that there is a direct possibility to be hurt for any specific reason. Risk is the probability to be a victim of that threat. There could be a low or high risk, depending on the possibility of the occurrence.

For instance, if you consider yourself a good person and easily trust everybody, then you are vulnerable to lies and be cheated. Depending on the situation, you could feel threatened by someone to act against you for whatever reason. The risk is the probability for this to happen and the consequences it can bring for you.
