There are two types of protest, Non-violent and violent protesting. The main one and the one that I focused on was non-violent because it is used more and it is more effective. Recently we have seen celebrites protesting for the black lives matter and police brutality. In 2016 San Fransico quarterback Colin Kaepernick took a knee during the national anthem as a way to say he does not stand for the unfair and injustice ways black Americans are treated.
