Hi. Your answer is 8. Now let me tell you how I know that...

When you are dealing with decimal place value, you simply need to know that all of the numbers to the left are classified as, ones, tens, hundred, etc. The numbers to the right of the decimal start at tenths, hundredths, thousandths, etc.

I am attaching an image to show what I mean, I hope this helps.

Take care,
Diana

In a right triangle, the length of the hypotenuse is 20 inches and the length of one leg is 15 inches. What is the length of the
jekas [21]
The answer is square root of 175. To get the answer first you have to first have the equation a^2+b^2=c^2. So your new equation would be a^2+15^2=20^2. Since 20^2 equals to 400 and 15^2 equals to 225. All you have to do is 400-225 which is 175. Since there is no two same numbers that can multiply to get 175 you leave it as square root of 175.

There are 8 numbers for the computer to choose from.
So the probability of choosing a particular number is 1/8.
The first number can be any one of the 8.
The second and the third must be the same as the first, with probability 1/8.

Therefore the probability that all three numbers are the same
