In a civilized society, we learn to live in harmony together (theoretically) and accept each other, and, at least in a democracy, everyone gets an equal chance. However, in a civilized society, the bars that keep evil out, lock good within, and human nature is supressed into rules of barecodes, lines, and highway stretching into the weeping sun, and mankind will wither, for civilization is the end.
