A parody is a work that imitates and exaggerates the qualities of another work or style for comedic effect.

The goal of parody is usually to entertain; the goal of satire is usually to correct the flaws it exposes.

When he went to town to warn them they thought he was crazy. Do at times he was a weird person he was telling the truth but no one believed him. He was also described as the poor man who would hang in the church deeply into his spiritual beliefs people liked him because he was wise but they did not believe him because he was weird.
