I believe the answer is: D.Factory owners agreed to increase workers' wages and shorten the work week.

Uprising of the Twenty Thousand was the largest female workers strike which conducted in 1909.

The purpose of the strike was to advocate the increase in worker's wage which at that time way lower compared to the male workers and shorten the work week to help the workers in providing additional time to take care of their family.
