Answer:

5 hours

Step-by-step explanation:

Given: the water temperature at the beach started at 82 degrees and it is rising 0.6 degrees each hour

To Find: If the water temperature is now 85 degrees write and solve an equation to find h, the number of hours that have passed

Solution:

Current water temperature at beach =82^{\circ}

temperature rising rate degrees per hour =0.6^{\circ}

let \text{h} be the hours passed.

water temperature at the beach after hour \text{h} be

                                                                       = 82+0.6\text{h}

Therefore,

equation for water temperature after \text{h} \text{hour} is

                    = 82+0.6\text{h}

When water temperature is 85^{\circ}

                    85=82+0.6\text{h}

                    0.6\text{h}=85-82

                    0.6\text{h}=3

                    \text{h}=\frac{3}{0.6}

                    \text{h}=5 \text{hours}

therefore it will take  5 \text{hours} to reach temperature 85^{\circ}

The line above the 6 and 3 means that those are recurring, so the full number is 2.63636363.... Recurring numbers can never be defined by decimals, because there is no end to the numbers repeating. It can only be defined by a fraction, so that means the number is irrational. Because it is between integers (a fraction that can't be simplified and will give a recurring decimal), it can't be a real number. All rational numbers are real numbers, but no irrational number can be a real number.

Therefore, your answer is 'Irrational number'.

Hope I helped!

laila [671]

Answer:Will promote a higher level of international trade by reducing taxes on imports and increasing subsidies for exports.

Step-by-step explanation: When a country revalidates and makes it equal its currency equal to that of a better and larger country, the small country will benefit by encouraging a high scale international commerce by reducing taxed from imported items and increase its subsidies for exporters ready to export goods and services outside the Country.

International trade will place the small country on the pedestrian for better inflationary trends and over all economic growth.
