This statement is typical of someone who is an opponent of capitalism and imperialism, would mean for someone who is a communist, socialist, utopian, or anarchist. With this statement, Mao Zedong would agree, because he was the leader of the Communist Party in China, while the others options are offered, all of them are Americans, were hardly ever to agree with this statement, which is completely opposite from the value of capitalism and democracy.
