A possible impact of this scenario is that country B will have high level of poverty.  Resource distribution is the distribution of resources such as minerals, water, fuel, and wealth among similar geographic entities. Resources are important for the growth and survival of a population. When the distribution of resources is hindered or unequal in a particular area, it could result in poverty, preventable diseases, hunger, homelessness and illiteracy.
