16:4 is your starting ratio. Start by finding your GCF, which for this set, is 4.
Divide both sides by 4.

I know its one of the congruent ones, as one is for sure a 90 degree angle, on top of an 180 degree angle, which by law of supplementary angles makes the other one 90 degrees. Not sure on the postulate, maybe someone else can help with that.
