 Cooperation creates peace among different race and ethnic groups making it a better place for work and creating stable economic stability. 
Conflicts, on the other hand, would create division among the groups and organizations in the world. Living the site where the conflict has taken place in wrong conditions becoming very unstable and unfavorable place for work and other activities.
