Answer:

It had supported Israel in the Yum Kippur War.

Explanation:

During the Yum Kippur War of Israel against Jordan, Syria and Egypt, the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, also known as OPEC stated that nations that supported Israel would face a monthly oil embargo of 5% until the support to Israel was retired, the main countries that faced this embargo were Canada, United States, Japan, Britain, Portugal, Netherlands, South Africa and Rhodesia; but later the OPEC declared a total embargo to the United States and Netherlands because they were the ones that supported Israel the most. This embargo generated an oil crisis and caused a rise on oil prices.

Persuading the 13 original states to support a new Constitution for the United States required a number of compromises. Explain
Luden [163]
I only know of two compromises, unless you are talking about the bill of rights. But the great compromise set a two house legislature, which is different from before because the states mostly had power. The three fifths compromise counted three fifths of the slaves as population. Except cool fact they weren’t called slaves they were called others. There was the free men and the others. It affected the country because it added onto the population. And the bill of rights was made to settle the conflict between the anti federalists and the federalists. The bill of rights was written by James Madison.
