tbh I'm just like that girl and she might need to talk to someone she trusts the most . if she feels alone then she might need to try and build more self love for herself and realize that no matter how many friends we have, we are always gianna be alone. if she talks to a doctor then she might start taking anti depressants and start seeing a therapist..
