As the angles are complementary sin A = cos B and  sin B = cos A

so sin A + sin B =  0.55 + 0.83 =  1.38

Answer:

sin(A)+sin(B)=1.38

Step-by-step explanation:

Let

A, B and 90\° the measures of the angles in a right triangle

we know that

m ------> by complementary angles

so

sin(A)=cos(B)

sin(B)=cos(A)

In this problem we have

cos(A)=0.83

cos(B)=0.55

therefore

sin(A)=0.55

sin(B)=0.83

sin(A)+sin(B)=0.55+0.83=1.38

First you are using the pothagorean theorem which is a^2+b^2=c^2. You have a and b, so you should plug them in to get 4^2+4^2=c^2. Then simplify it some more to 16+16=c^2. Now finish simplifying to c^2=32. Now take the square root of each side and you have your answer. So your answer will be c=√32 or c is about 5.66.

Solve for X round to 2 decimal place
Ivan

Answer:

55.93°

Step-by-step explanation:

In this problem, we need to find the cos ratio of x, the ratio of the adjacent side of x to the hypotenuse.

The adjacent side of x is 14 and the hypotenuse is 25.

cos x=14/25=0.56=cos 55.93°

How do i find the intervals on which a function is continuous?
VikaD [51]
Just remember: If a function is continuous at every value in an interval, then we say that the function is continuous in that interval.  And if a function is continuous in any interval, then it is a continuous function. Thus, as long as there is no break in a graph or a line the function is continuous.

19/10 into a mixed or whole number?? How would you work this out? i need help.
azamat

10 out of 10 equals 1.

then there is 9 left.

This gives 1 and 9 over 10.

9 over ten is not a whole number as 10 over ten is.

Hope this helps.

Determine whether the data distribution appears to be positively skewed, negatively skewed, or symmetric.
Licemer1 [7]

Answer:

Negatively skewed

Step-by-step explanation:

Arrange this data in ascending order:

46, 50, 57, 58, 59, 59, 65, 66, 77, 80

and draw the bar chart as shown in attached diagram.

The data distribution appears to be negatively skewed (or left skewed), because the scores fall toward the higher side of the scale and there are very few low scores. The mean is also to the left of the peak.
