From whats listed, it would be Drake, Francis Drake. He was not even Spanish. In fact, he was an English sea captain, navigator, privateer who later became the second highest rank officer in the English navy against the later battle against the Spanish Amanda. He first gain fame because of his work as an English privateer/pirate who raided Spanish ports/ships and ended up making England a lot of wealth. He became the second person to successfully circumnavigate around the world on sea in one expedition.<span />
